SERVICE SCHEDULE UPDATE
Effective September 11, 2026
Inland Air Charters is advising customers of changes to scheduled passenger and freight services effective September 11, 2026.
Kitkatla and Hartley Bay
Regularly scheduled passenger service to Kitkatla and Hartley Bay will be discontinued effective September 11, 2026.
Charter flights to both communities will continue to be available on demand.
Freight services for Hartley Bay and Kitkatla and Oona River (Oona only Fridays) will continue Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, departing from Prince Rupert.
Freight must be dropped off no later than one hour prior to departure. Items received after the cutoff will be held for delivery on the following scheduled freight flight.
Prince Rupert office hours Monday to Friday:
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
ON-CALL FOR CHARTERS SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
Masset
Scheduled service between Prince Rupert and Masset will continue Mondays and Thursdays.
Masset office hours for Monday and Thursday:
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Inland Air Charters Ltd. is a floatplane airline based in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada in Seal Cove and has been operating since 1980. The company was originally founded to serve the logging and fishing industries. Operating a fleet of legendary DeHavilland Canada Beaver aircraft in a community also known as the ‘City of Rainbows’, Prince Rupert gets more than its fair share of rain, among other coastal weather challenges and as such has established itself as a hardy, robust and resolute community.
